Spink: I remember pulling the codes some time ago and didn't find anything untoward, but i will pull them again to double check.

Yeah that'd be me!! Its running a MegaSquirt ECU in fuel only mode at the moment. The original ECU is still running ignition. Yes you can look at the live data but i don't know how useful it would be... To be honest when the problems started it was still using the K-Jetronic.
