I am going to be stripping the cylinder head soon, to replace the camshaft seal, will probably replace all other seals and gaskets whilst I am it.
Any recomendations.. I am not looking to break the bank on this one, just want to give the engine a little overhaul.

83mm pistons, headwork, piper 270 or 285 cam, 5 Cyl throttle body & warm up reg, Jetex zorst, circa 135 bhp nice engine- same spec as the 1.8 GTI DX motor- same mods apply.
Had one with the ally "winged" sump- very bad for oil surge- strange as it had plenty of baffles inside- ended up DIYing a standard steel one never had a prob again...
