There is no easy way to do this mate.If you can find where they tee off to either side of the car, you can then remove the pipe for say the drivers side, block the tee piece so there are nol leaks. Turn the key and see if the connected side locks and unlocks. If that side woeks you know which side the leak is. Then its the painful job of stripping out and replacing the pipework.
As a short term fix unplug the motor and use the locking as standard.
