Changing rear lights without that stuff, which is used there, is like changing water pump without new gasket - leak is almost inevitable
Well, stuff used there is like this:
I can get it in local shop for something like gbp per meter. If new cars doesn't use it, so it's unaviable in ordinary british car shop, go to the nearest audi dealer, they
must provide similar stuff. I only know that Auto Riga sells similars stuff for 3-4x bigger price and purchaser must buy whole roll of it, which is, don't remember, 10 or 20 m
P.S. These seals on rear lights are crucial, I have even seen pictures of 91 coupe, which had HUGE hole in left corner
My A90q have also heavily rusted out left side of boot because no one before me interested about it so I will have to reweld it in future
