Not really a fan of ordinary "copper" pipe cos its a bit nancyfied when it comes to strength, so i use a product called "Kunifer10" in size 8mm or 5/16th as its got nickel alloyed with it and its waaaaay tougher and will outlast the car.
Mind you its more expensive but then again....
