20vcq.. I take it you have fitted some new/up rated parts since it last ran right. ? this correct?
If it were me i would put everything you can, back to how it was when it was running OK.
Then go from there. Did you say you fitted a new inter cooler? Also, Did you modify it in someway? Even if this is unlikely the cause, i'd still swap back to the stuff you had on when it was running properly, and see if the problem gos away.
I'm no expert, I don't even know very much tbh, but its what I would do in your situation. Unless of coarse you've done this already?
