So. Hot sunny day. Carpet pad still sopping under drying carpet. I broke down and took the seat out, trim and carpet. The pictures shows the most likely point of origin. The small amount of water appeared after I hosed the vents and seams at the top of the hood, THEN I pulled the car up to get out of the puddle (To dry pavement). Just after I pulled to a stop I saw the trickle shown in the picture, forward movement may have pushed it back.
The area around the heater bits and firewall seem to be the culprit.
I'm looking for additional thoughts on points of origin, given the flow of water appearing at this little vent scoop on the floor.
