My friend stoped his car the one night cause it started playing up and was very loud.. A copper came over to see what was going on, and wouldn't let them move the car because it making too much noise, and he wouldn't even let them pop the bonnet to have a look because in the coppers words: "Why do you want to pop the bonnet? clearly you have a defective exhaust!".

& It wasn't the exhaust at all.. One of the spark plugs had stripped its thread and had come out of the head!

oops! think i just had a rant! sorry.

wouldnt you just LOVE to tell him where to get off.... open bonnet to find a spark plug embeddded in it....
