To be fair I dont think Rolexs need servicing that often. It was just that mine had stopped twice due to it being either hit fairly hard against scaffold poles and the other time dropping it about 40 ft off some scaffold. Not exactly typical usage!
When they service it they replace the face (scratched to buggery each time) and polish all the metal etc. When it comes back it really is like a new watch.
My Dads just had Rolex given its first service in 25 years.
he has also had Omegas and they were nice aswell
