Are the general public really so stupid that they think a new car is born out of thin air? It has to be manufactured, the materials have to be mined or produced often in harmful processes then often shipped halfway around the world all of which use's valuable resources that have already been lost in an older car.
Agree. And the funny part about this is that most of the new cars in 2009 would have been diesel because that was the green fuel of the day. The self same cars are now vilified and worthless.
