I have a 2010, A5 3.0 TDI quattro sportback, it's manual i sometimes get caught out by the clutch, it's the DMF bit of it i think, otherwise a very nice car travel 14k in mine since June, very happy with it.

When looking for one i would make sure it has the options you want as some are low spec. and don't even have hands free ... . If an Auto, proof that the gearbox oil has been changed every 38k
