Worst thing I saw on TV was an episode of Miss Marple set in the 1940's and they used a 1970's RML class Routemaster as one of the "period" props. Last year on holiday in Madeira we met the location manager for that series and he acknowledged they got it badly wrong as Joan Hickson the actress knew all along.
