I've got 2 wires to the ISV connector, 2 to the CSV, 3 to the throttle switch, and 3 to the spare hanging connector.

But that may be irrelevant as you've got an extra throttle body connection!

Your broken wire *looks* like my earth wire - it's connected to that allen screw securing the hose bracket on the back of the manifold. Have you got that?

I took some photos, but it's not an easy area to capture so doubt they will help much.
