On the M1 tonight after Luton, "they" the government, were playing silly buggers.60mph speed restrictions, then straight to 40mph because of supposed que's,which was a load of nonsense,is the polite way i'll describe it! Starting with B and ending in S is a better way of putting it! There will be a lot of unhappy motorists tonight as it was catching out quite a few people. Flash flash,
