15x7 ET40 or as close as possible.
You can get stock audi wheels is ET37 or ET45, the former making for a wider trackwidth.

15" wheels allow for decent brakes for a CQ and sufficient for its application. Weight saving will be your friend, get the car as close to 1000kg as possible (not hard to lose nearly 200kg our of a quattro) and the braking efforts required will be lower.
