I thought I would continue this thread as something new has popped up on the same lines.
I have the VDO gauge linked up so I can see the oil pressure work which I am happy with but still nothing on the small sensor for the oil warning light to out on the dash.
So why am I continuing this thread?? I had a strange one the other day - the dash light went out
and then came back on. It went out when the pressure dropped to 1.5 bar and came on when pressure was higher - yes working in reverse with out the sensor connected.
Any ideas
