Blowtorches can work for some,many it has not, not sure i like the idea of a nice blue flame next to your freshly painted bodywork. That one needs nerves of steel imho.
unless you want to take the lot apart but why would you when you can just wipe on some bumper care.

Black spray paint/dyes works but what if the colour doesn't resemble the original.
