My philosophy for some time has been as follows:
you either believe that there is a creator/god/deity/divine entity et al or you don't believe of their existence.
If you don't believe then we don't need to fight/disagree about differing faiths or beliefs.
If you do believe then by definition there can only be one creator therefore we ALL revere the same one, so why argue about our beliefs, you may attend church on Sunday and I may attend the synagogue on Friday or the local mosque but just because we
do it differently isn't cause to beat each other to a pulp.
A similar scenario and more importantly is we all drive different cars, colour, model but we are still friends, get on with life, we are only here once, unless you believe otherwise (but that's another religion)
