1) Likely, failed main bearings shouldn't make any noises at idle.

2) You tell us, it's unlikely that anyone here is from malaysia, so nobody will know how much would cost repair there, what's the part availability and what's the availability and prices for another engine

3) Earlier C3 have KU engine. It's basically the same KV.

4) Well, you can put it in there, but not all existing parts could be reused. I don't remember about KV, NG and NF2 has injectors in intake manifold, while NF1 in head. Also if you want to use NG/NF2 intake manifold, you should use intake boot from B3/B4 NG.
