I don't think anyone on here would be surprised at your experience with Audi.
The parts chap at my local dealer has so far been helpful, but I can tell there seems little in place to offer the older car. What really surprised me was the fact he hadn't heard of Audi Tradition! How long have AT been going now? Makes a nonsense of what Audi claims to be a service available to their dealers too...
