What's the purpose of theese terminals anyway? Is this some new stylish way how to start car - instead of just turning ignition key?

P.S. In "some circumstances" for "some strange reasons" screw of starter and some grounded screw can be used like terminals. Of course, this isn't mentioned in manuals [I think so ], so it's the coice of people - to rely on he's brains or to rely on manual.
MSH,

I have asked a perfectly reasonable question, I do not expect to be insulted.

There might have been some terminals under the plastic cover near the relay box, by the wiper motor (where the battery lives on an Audi A4) so it is a perfectly reasonable question.

The purpose of the terminals is to be able to jump start (using a 2nd battery or vehicle) the car WITHOUT removing the back seat, which is held on by screws. Not everyone carries a screwdriver.

Will you please apologise?
