The pump needs to run when you switch on the ignition. It obviously doesn't operate. So:
1st Check fuses. if they are okay
2nd remove the fuel pump relay and jumper port 30 (battery +) and port 87 (pump power supply). If the pump starts running replace the relay.
If the pump doesn't operate check relay socket port 30. It needs to have battery + 12V. If supply is okay, check the pump plug. If there is power supply (12V and negative) replace the pump.
If there is power supply when the relay port 30 and 87 are jumped but no supply with the engine is getting started check relays socket as follows:

Port 30 at the relay socket needs to have permanent battery power (+ 12V)
Port 86 needs to have power supply with ignition on
Port 85 needs to have negative supply via ECU
