they are only budget coilovers as didn't want to spend a fortune for it not to work, they come back up on there own when i push the piston down so does that mean they are gas? they do have screw on top caps though so not sure how they are pressurised. many thanks for the info so far. p.s i am running porsche 911 carrera wheels 16"
