We had a modest four vehicles for the meet, which was never the less enjoyable. It's always good to talk about your old cars with fellow enthusiasts.
It was good to meet Phil, Lee and John, and I especially liked John's Coupe quattro (I may be a little biased of course!) which he has owned since '91, and I thought I had had mine a long time having purchased it in '99. I hope you got that binding rear calliper sorted out?
Would be nice to see one of Phil's Audi 100s at some point when they're back on the road.
And good luck with the Crumball Rally for Lee! 3000 miles to cover, that's some petrol bill
Great choice of car though - the cabriolet was looking good with the sponsors decals all over it.
We all had the bonnets up at the same time at one point checking out each others rusty lumps (I'll speak for myself). General consensus was that we all wanted to steal the 20V turbo engine out of Phil's car for our own
Shame Tommy3G couldn't make it. We'll have to organise another meet for later in the year. I'd love to look over that black Coupe GT5S
