Probably someone has changed it for some reason or without reason.
215 maybe, I guess it was used for 20v and probably for 20vt engines, because it is higher rated than 211 because it was intended not only to power fuel pump but also lambda heater, injectors and some other things. I doubt there was any changes in B4 NG/C4 AAR engine diagnostics.
And yes, blink codes. See for yourself - IIRC black connector was power, see how many wires are on the other - if just one, then there's just L line. K line could also been added by some other control unit, not just ECU.
