Without history or service documents and it ifs not a healthy running engine or a starter then £100 will be optimistic for engine... I'd offer £50 for the full engine with ancillaries and see what they say.. As a full car again its not worth a great deal but anything over £250 isnt going to be cost effective breaking it.
