So not really quite just working and out doing other things but without the old quattro.
Some GCR pics for you, not running though as it was a Steam event.
Must admit we did really enjoy the Great Central Railway Steam event. Only there for one day out of the four but very well done.
It was great to see Steam locomotives not just working passenger trains but freight and postal as well.
First time i'd had a full english breakfast whilst being hauled by a Standard 5 (73129) an old Patricroft (Salford) loco, my original neck of the woods.
Will be superb when they get that bridge re-built over the mainline at Loughborough.
