Adrian F*ux were a bunch of r soles to me. Set me up in a policy which was about 25% higher than the price they offered me on the phone! Or rather, the person that I spoke to changed the info I gave them in order to offer me a good price over the phone.
Sadly they told me before we started that the call would be recorded.
I gave them some kind of ultimatum that daveymaclad on here told me, about releasing a recording of the call, freedom of info thing, so they listened to the call and changed the price back.
Don't use them.
