Thanks Msh for all the advice with my old car.

I think the Airbag light was actually my fault and not the car as I took the old cluster out and cleaned the circuit board and when I reinstalled the cluster the airbag light was on.

I guess it didn't help with me taking the cluster out while the battery was still connected.

I hope the cheap lead will turn it off, I have the dreaded MOT tomorrow and the lead and cluster don't arrive to the end of the week, I've taken the bulb out of the old cluster and reinstalled the old dash for now, but I think that's also an MOT failure.
