Yes it does have a digital display I was thinking. About taking the unit apart and taking out the old speedo and fitting it to the new one.
The only problem is that the new cluster has made in uk where and the old one is made in Germany.
Although the cluster will work swapping straight over ( both immob 1 basic early clusters) I'm not sure the parts inside will be interchangeable as looking on the back of the clusters their is a slight difference in shape and colour.
