Thanks for replying. That is a good link, I have been there already and found that there description of the MTFS sensor matches mine, whilst the Haynes manual and the ElsaWin I have do not, so it is a useful site.
I am still struggling to work out where the power for my electric rad fan comes from. I think I will end up wiring a power direct from the battery to get it to work. which is a bodge and i would rather not do this, but I don't know what else to do as the car over-heats without the elec fan.
