The seats are a 13mm hex/allen key job. Unusual size. I can't recall if i had a metric allen key bit, imperial or other tool like a sump plug bit.

The o-rings are pennies. Hard = brittle. They might go back in without any bother, but no need to give yourself more work. Replace.
