Lunar Wolf is right,see a shoulder specialist.My left shoulder got damaged playing rugby,which eventually started to dislocate.Each time it took less to dislocate it.I ended up seeing a shoulder specialist who was at Wigan.He operated on most of the Wigan RL players and used to work for an American Football team before he came to Wigan.His name is Mr Browne.
I had a shoulder reconstruction 18 years ago.
