Depends what you want to use them for, some people stick them on to help fill out the arches and give the car a wider track, as long as they are hub centric and the correct pcd they'll work fine, some longer bolts will be needed though.

Equally you can use them to change between two different PCDs but those kits usually come with the bolts you need to attach them to your discs/drums then you bolt your new wheels onto them. I would have thought they'd need to be a bit thicker than 10mm to do that more like 15-20mm. Depending on arch space you may need to think about the ET of the wheels you are putting on so they don't rub on the arch as well.
