Interesting, butterflies can't expand, where are u removing this "certain amount of metal" from?

Btw one 2.6 owner wrote how to clean this plastic intake manifold, result was similar, only without 80 pounds

P.S. If amateur asks for throttle body polishing 80 pounds, let's ask, how much in britain does cost some serious thing, let's say, crankshaft grinding?
