I waxoyled all my panels when I bought the car in 1991 and again it was done during the respray 5 years ago, Never had any rust other than on the inner surface of the arches in the 20years I have had it and it has seen plenty of salty roads upto about 14years ago. Now gets the underbody waxoyl treatment over the previous every 2 years....
