So you would expect to get lower mp(US)g. Apply conversion and you are getting about 28mpg in Imperial gallons.
In UK I get 27-28mpg locally and low 30s on a run. (2226 KV CQ)

I honestly had no idea, there were multiple standards for the gallon.
I had wondered for a long time how some of your Audi's got such phenomenal MPG.
I still the hotter cam/higher comp. holds true as well.
Now going to go outside and look at the maximum capacity of my gas tank and do some algebra........
