i went for an aeb too, a remap on a standard turbo should just about manage that, but that would be the tiny k03 on its limits. im running a t28 off a 200sx and im hoping for 280bhp ish lol
engine mounts wise i modified an adr(1.8 20v non turbo) mount from an a6(the 100 shape 1) for the turbo side and used a b4 2l passenger mount.
and yeah golfs etc jut use electric fan. and they dont overheat, twin fans will be fine
