That's what i was thinking.. Guy sounds like a tool.
i agree about revenge is best served cold in this situation. u don't want to give him an excuse to turn the tables, law wise. (even tho he prob deserves it) .
As for paying up,.. could he still plead poverty if he owns a boxter?
even if seconded hand that's a minimum 9-10K car @ the cheapest. (i think)
