Picture the scene....
A damp Welsh borders B road, with farm slurry and mud, it's that fine drizzly rain and the rep-pile-shite-mobile has standard, unchipped Impreza Man, followed be TD4 Freelander fried man following, they're glued up your back tail pipes, and the first 'Flash' of 'get-on-with-it' comes from the Scooby... The B roads a mixture of slow, 2nd gear, greasy bends with 'field length' straights.... And the chips are down...
Ragging it gives nothing but understeer and excess wheelspin and torque steer, whilst standing water pushes wide the rear end....
Soon the Scooby nips by with a chirp and a toot.... two bends later it's a spare wheel on the boot door that overtakes.
It's really that bad.
