checked the fuel accumalator today and all seems fine, swapped metering heads as well and pulled an injector to find when i tried to start it it gave a small spurt and thats all so my mate who has a golf gti m1 checked his car and the same a small spurt then nothing but when he shoved back in it starts fine ,so now im guessing this is the norm and theres nothing wrong with the metering head on mine,so maybe now its futher on and i've been looking in the wrong area
p.s im now getting a smell of petrol from the oil??? should i change it
