phoned audi carlisle, having just been on their website and seen the 'parts dept.' (did) shut at 5.30pm....(i think..but you'll get the idea)
phoned at 5.15pm... the lady on reception said..they are busy..phone back in 20 minutes...
so.. i thought they will be shut in 20 min...so phoned back 5 min later..! at 5.20pm..
lady answered, quite clearly pissed that i had not followed her instructions, and said
''sorry..! parts dept. is closed now.''
i said..
''the website says you dont shut till 5.30pm..''
she said....
''THATS WHY I TOLD YOU TO PHONE BACK IN 20 MINUTES..!''....
