Should make a nice car, the 1.8T is a very tunebale engine and very light.
I ADORE the 5-pots but the 1.8T would make a very good sensible choice for a rapid 80! SHorter, lighter and more powerful.... Keep us updated!
I wouldn't want to give up 'my' 5 pot heaven, but I still would love to see a type-85 Coupe quattro with a 1.8T and 300bhp.

I'd love to see how it goes, & handles.
