That looks like a pretty good shell as a basis. You woudn't get a ur in that condition for that kind of money. You could probably get it for a bit less.
You already have a 3b with all the gubbins and your fortunate enough to have the skills to carry out the work yourself - and it's Red! Could be a seriously fast ur for little money.
