The 200s have loads of clearance at the front, but the rears are tight.

The clearances on the rear are different for 2WD and quattro; the rear track is wider on the quattro, but the bodywork is the same.

I have had to run extra negative camber on the rear to allow clearance for even the Fuchs 7x15s, and have eventually gone back to the standard 6s, to get the geometry back to where it should be.

Other owners seem to have had less problems than me, so either the cars vary, or I am too fussy.........
