sunvisor clips are a comon thing to go as the plastic degrades with the sunlight/uv if you go to the scrap yard and look for a polo around R reg 1998 the clips are very similar and fit perfectly the only diferance is thay are only held up be one screw and a push in , which you cut of with a stanly knife thay are much stronger and no one can tell , the handles to lift the seat up are a strate fit to and much better quality and no one has ever noticed them in my car either .

ps thay look exactly like the pic you posted but with one screw.
