Unfortunately I don't have the hardware to read codes. Also heard the 10v wipes the memory each time the ignition is switched off and a blink test is almost impossible to read?

The leak is on the fuel line after the fuel filter. It is so close to the filter that There is not adequate room to cut the damaged...
