Hard to find part!!!

You would have thought that getting parts for old british cars would be easy, compared to Audi's! I've just spent all day phoning around trying to get a dispencer (sort of hydrolastic suspension bit)...

I know this may sound bloody stupid but try Halfrauds or a decent size car spares place. The last time I bought rear drums, shoes etc they were able to supply! no good for smaller specialised bits...

Yep, welding nightmare. The sills are a complicated 3 part affair with a center section which by the looks of the rear arch won't exist! The rear arch repairs are still available howevever! I bet...

That car is older than a "P" reg. If it's got inboard front brakes it's build is pre sept 74!, the real rare ones are the coupes with the outboard brakes.

yep I've used them, got a rear wheel arch for an old 100 that I sold on. Not bad, typical pattern parts, need a bit of fetling but cheap.
