Just removed EGR and it looks pretty clean... not clogged up... there is deposit but as expected... will clean anyway tomorrow. Next step is turbo boost...

That's true I did it a more gentleman's way :) but still a 50% difference is questionable... I think it's a good thing to check boost and EGR...

Yessssss succes :) I removed the 15A fuse of the immo (n•19) in the fusebox and reinstalled it... well what do you know... immo warning light went out and car started right up :) I'm a happy camper :)

Just had a quote from radiator/intercooler specialist... Intercooler seems to be too far gone... it's leaking air... It could be fixed but I was looking at a price of about £70 to clean and repair....
