It uses a different shaped slot so won't interface with your ignition barrel.

You can put 2 wheel studs in and use a wheel...

You can put 2 wheel studs in and use a wheel brace or breaker bar type object to stop it rotating while you undo the hub nut.

Saves putting the wheel back on, lowering the car etc
